Frances mayo Counselling offers an online counselling service by a fully qualified UK registered Counsellor. Counselling sessions are available through Email, Chat room, Telephone, Face to Face and are conducted in the strictest confidence. Let me help you put the pieces back together.

I have a broad- based approach when working with my clients using all the schools of counselling theory as and when suitable. I work psychodynamically which means we look back to the past before examining the present to find solutions.

I offer one to one counselling to anyone over 16 yrs who needs help with their problems. These problems could include:

RELATIONSHIPS e.g. divorce, marital problems, bereavement and loss
SEXUAL PROBLEMS e.g. rape, sexuality, termination of pregnancy
DEPRESSION/ANXIETY
EMOTIONS e.g. anger, panic attacks, fears, guilt, shame
COMPULSIVE BEHAVIORS e.g. self harm, phobias, addictions
WORK RELATED PROBLEMS e.g. bullying, redundancy
STRESS
