What is Counselling?

Problems affect all of us at some times in our lives. Counselling can help people to define and then to solve or cope with these problems.

This is achieved in a private and confidential setting by talking to a skilled, qualified counsellor who will believe, value and accept you and who will respect and support you at all times.

Who Can Counselling Help?
